The public will take notice that the preliminary assessment roll for the street improvement project in the Pleasant Hills subdivision in the Soul City community in Norlina (Nutbush Township) was completed on April 25, 2023,  including Rocky Creek Drive to Crescent Lane to Pine Shadow Lane to Cedar Brook Circle to Nutbush Lane to Sandstone Lane to Sandy Creek Lane. The preliminary assessment roll will be available for public inspection in the Office of the Board of Commissioners located at 602 W. Ridgeway St., Warrenton, NC, until the date set for the public hearing on the preliminary assessment roll. The Warren County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm at the Warren County Armory in Warrenton, NC, on the 5^th day of June, 2023, for the purpose of hearing objections to the preliminary assessment roll from all interested persons who appear.
