Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: General knowledge of the philosophy, principles, and practices of senior center programs; general knowledge of the County's policies and procedures; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with County officials, associates, and the general public; ability to prepare related reports.
