Position Description: Youth Services Program Coordinator
Pay Grade: 18  Salary: 28,948 annually

Job Duties

Assists with the development and implementation of children and youth afterschool programs;  helps juveniles develop goals and modify behavior through life skills activities; recruits presenters for after school sessions; prepares and maintains activity calendars, client tracking and progress reports; maintains community service/restitution files; assigns, monitors and inspects youth work sites; assists with the mentoring program as needed; contacts parents and community partners regarding program events; performs related duties as required.

Youth Services Director

Education and Experience

Must possess at least an Associate’s Degree in a Human Services or related field and considerable experience working with juveniles.

Special Requirements

Valid NC driver’s license in good standing.
